LED Lights

The molded plastic back panel is semi-transparent, allowing the LED light to reflect onto the wall behind the letters, forming a soft and elegant halo. Standard configuration includes white LEDs (7000K), but other colors such as warm white (3200K), red, or blue are also available.

UL Certification, Electrical, and Wiring Information
UL certification can be selected for each letter’s LED light. UL LED modules are slightly more expensive than standard LED modules; our default price is for standard LED modules. Please inform us if you wish to use UL-certified LED modules.
Standard lead wire is located in the center of the back of the letter, using a 1.2-meter cable. The power supply is specifically designed for your signage and comes with a detailed wiring diagram and installation instructions.
The backplate for each letter is removable for easy LED light maintenance. Mounting holes and drainage holes are pre-drilled on the backplate for ventilation and dehumidification. We recommend installation by a licensed electrician.
Installation
The halo lit channel letters are mounted using stud blocks and washers. Each letter comes with a solvent-bonded threaded block. Drilling diagrams are provided for installation, and silicone adhesive is used to secure the mounting bracket.
